Meet Our Team
Denise Perez, Esq.
Denise has been practicing law since 2001. A native of Los Angeles, she obtained her undergraduate degree from California State University Northridge. She received her law degree at California Western School of Law in San Diego where she consistently earned her way to the Dean’s List for her academic achievement. Denise continued practicing law in San Diego in the area of complex civil litigation for the next 13 years and served on the Board of the South Bay Bar Association (San Diego) for 3 of those years. In 2012, Denise became the founding partner of Perez Hecht and moved back to her native city of Los Angeles to start her practice. Her experience brings stability and calm to stressful situations.
Jason L. Hecht, Esq.
Jason was born and raised in Southern California. After teaching in public education for several years, Jason attended the University of San Diego School of Law and began practicing in 2009. Jason is a founding partner of Perez Hecht. He approaches each case with a competitive spirit and determined outlook. With passionate representation and attention to detail, he often finds creative ways to bring high conflict cases to settlement.
